Dr. Manfred Sandler, Foundation Board Chairman and Cardiologist with Cardiovascular Group of GwinnettGwinnett Medical Center Foundation is a private not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization that supports GMC in funding healthcare programs and services as well as capital expansion projects through charitable contributions.
Currently, the GMC Foundation is helping fund Project PATH, a strategic vision that outlines more than $500 million in capital expansion projects over the next five years. This vision addresses our indisputable and critical need to increase the number of patients that we can treat and expand our life-saving specialty services, including open heart surgery. Project PATH is also a plan that will help fuel the growth of Gwinnett County as it improves the quality of life for its people.
We need your help to turn this vision into a reality. Our goal is to raise $8 million for the Open Heart campaign alone, and more needs will follow.
It takes $25 of revenue to generate $1 on the bottom line for reinvestment in new equipment and facilities. Philanthropy is the most efficient way to add to Gwinnett’s bottom line. Every dollar generated through contributions goes directly to the bottom line. Those contributions can be applied more quickly to fund programs and expand services to better serve our community.
In partnership with you, Gwinnett Medical Center is ready to transform healthcare in Gwinnett County. We can only do it with your help!
